It is said that before entering the ocean a river trembles with fear…
The river looks back and remembers at the wild path it has travelled, from the peak of the mountain crossing forests and villages, finds himself impressed while at the same time astonished.
So, at this precise moment, standing in front of the vast ocean the river sees that to enter there seems nothing more than to disappear forever.
But there is no other way, the river thinks, a river can never go back.
Nobody can go back in life, it is impossible in existence.
Inwardly thinking, the river says to himself, “I need to take the risk of entering the vast ocean because only then will my fear disappear” and “because this is the moment I will know it is not about disappearing into the ocean but of becoming the ocean”.
