The end of December is time of reflection for what has happened in the ending year and welcoming the new year. It is a powerful exercise to finish and close a period in our journey while renovating energy for the coming year.

Learn from mistakes: reflect on mistakes and failures along the year, ask yourself what are the lessons behind. Take them as precious treasures.
Gratitude: be grateful to the experiences, people and moments that had meanings for you during the past year.
Let it go: identify what no longer serves you: fears, envies, habits or even goals that no longer resonates with your current self. Check what may hurt you, stop doing it and let it go.
WELCOMING THE NEW YEAR
Welcome and embrace with optimism the new year.
Clarity and focus: dedicate time to visualise what your wishes, dreams and goals are for the new year. ¿What areas of your life would you like to expand or transform? What habits would you like to build? What new skills would you like to learn and explore?
Little actions: place your attention on the next step, even the smallest, and the next and the next. Place focus on little but sustainable actions rather than the big mountain.
Openness: let yourself be surprised to the new. Open to new ideas, believes, people, places. Unexpected things can happen when you are receptive. Explore and be surprised.
Compromise: define intentions, find “a strong why” you want to integrate those things in your life.
Remember, changing years is there to remind us that another year has passed, giving time the importance it deserves, to live life with more purpose and meaning. Be conscious of your time and energy.
