Our current reality may not look the way we would like to or feeling that “something is missing there”. Whatever the case might be, it is profoundly important to always act positively regardless of the external circumstances, even in the absence of real evidence of “good times”. In preparing for better times, we are creating a mental blueprint for positive experiences influencing our thoughts, emotions and actions.
![Preparing for better times is essential in these modern times where fast changes take place almost every day. The more we prepare, the higher the chance to improve the trajectory of our life.](https://youtomic.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/05/portrait-a-young-blonde-long-hair-writer-writing-o-eS4fw9chTdid5fk4ZWmvXA-H_-_WzDoTwWmB9wKCHD4gg-576x1024.jpeg)
Regardless all of our efforts, life can sometimes be unpredictable and challenging so recognising that , sooner or later, difficult moments will come add more reasons to be prepared, reinforcing key skills such as resilience and perseverance in bouncing back stronger. It is “acting as if” reality was better than what it is which has an influence on our beliefs to shape current circumstances. No doubts, there will be ups and downs in an increasing trajectory overall, however, developing optimism while preparing for better times has a powerful influence in the present moment.
Preparing for better times is also about becoming better and attracting better while also contributing to the lives around. Therefore, developing a mindset of maintaining a positive attitude place us in better position to make progress increasing our chances to improve our well-being and outcomes. In expecting good things to happen we focus on solutions and goals, unconsciously work toward those things to happen, setting intentions and taking steps in a certain direction.
When focusing on the good, we are tuning to good vibration – in preparation and faith – attracting positive emotions and enhancing our motivational state. Moving in such state will make it easier to attract positive people around as well as increasing the likelihood of performing acts of kindness, empathy or compassion. Such a connection to society enhances bonds in our social environment improving and sense of purpose regardless of our own external circumstances.
In conclusion, “preparing for better times” will set us closer to believing, working and taking action towards certain outcomes, a reality that sooner or later will increase the likelihood to manifest those goals. Doing good will also nurture key skills to progress in life such as inspiration, motivation and resilience, crucial in facing challenges and adversity with optimism.
